RzK PbxSuite for innovaphone Gateways
The PbxSuite is based on innovaphone call detail records (CDRs). With CDRcollect the records from the gateways are stored and both - VoIP quality and - billing parameters can be monitored and exported. PbxReport as an additional tool brings two new methods: graphic and timeinterval view. The RzKProbe collects parameters from the IP-Network directly and from remote probes. The collected data can be evaluated and interpreted by ProbeReport.
The RzK PBX Suite supports maintaining and operating of PBX´s and Gateways of the innovaphone AG. The complete suite is a set of the following programs: CDRcollect, PbxReport, RzKProbe and ProbeReport:
 | CDRcollect is a CGI program and stores the Call Detail Records (CDRs) produced by html-calls. Only the records from calls leaving the gateways via PRI1 or PPP are stored. Billing information for each extension can be shown and exported into a file readable with MS Excel. The minute prices and tariff information can be administered for this purpose. To supervise the calls voice quality statistics with hitlists of extensions with most packetloss, jitter and delay can be shown. |
 | PbxReport operates on the data collected by CDRcollect. PbxReport extends the reporting facilities by adding the choice of a time interval for the data to be selected and operated on. It extends the functions of CDRcollect by giving graphic views of the selected data. The interval time can be changed by a mouseclick into the graphic. If you see problems rising in certain evaluations it is possible to switch to a network (TCP/IP) view by calling ProbeReport with the same choosen time interval. PbxReport can show data from a couple of innovaphone Gateways. |
 | RzKProbe collects and monitors the IP traffic of the network. Collecting can be done at the PC itself where the probe runs or by receiving data from remote probes. RzKProbe itself can be such a remote probe or you can run a innovaphone IP21 with a special piece of software. In both cases the data is sent in UDP frames containing IP- and MAC-addresses of the traffic watched together with protocol and port info. This is done both per station on the network and per connection. Voice over IP is a realtime application with high demands to network reliability. RzKProbe can give you a deep insight in your networks healthy. Parameters like broadcast rate can be essential to control problem situations. |
 | ProbeReport operates on the data collected from RzKProbe. Any time interval may be choosen to view hitlists and graphics. They show, which station has exchanged how many frames with whom. This can be seen on MAC and IP address basis. You can see which protocols and ports are involved and how many data was exchanged in a certain time. A change to PbxReport is possible using the selected time interval to explore the influence on the quality of the VoIP calls. |
